I prefer uniform height keys, so I’ll almost definitely make a KAM set when they’re available. Keep us updated on the progress.

@kartsims sorry if this was said above, but I didn’t see if the legends on these keys are translucent or if theres an option in the creater? So the UHK backlight can shine through keys?
The YUZU caps are Cherry profile, dye-sub, PBT, for now.

Sorry, I moved those caps over to my UHK60v1, which doesn’t have backlighting. The YUZU caps aren’t shine-through, so there’s not much to see other than the faint under-glow anyway.
Yuzu keycaps are not transparent. You won’t see much of the backlighting other than a faint bit of glow radiating from the narrow gaps between the keycaps.

Of course, I’m well aware that the characters engraved on the keycaps are not transparent. I was just curious about how the LED lights would appear, so I mentioned it.

Sometime in the next month or two, I’ll probably be making a YUZU KAM set for the UHK80. I’ll post pics with the LEDs in low light when I do.
