UHK Firmware Update Issue – Black Screen on Configuration Software

Hi everyone,

I recently updated my Ultimate Hacking Keyboard (UHK) firmware, and now the UHK Agent software is showing a black screen when I open it. The keyboard itself is working fine, but I can’t access the configuration settings.

I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling UHK Agent, and even rolling back the firmware, but the issue persists. Has anyone else faced this problem? Could it be related to a driver conflict or a specific OS update? Any troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Thank you for your response , I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling UHK Agent, and even rolling back the firmware, but the issue persists. I tried all this but finally by using black screen tool my issue got resolved

Would you please explain how you resolved the issue? I don’t understand how the mentioned black screen tool helped.
