UHK Agent Showing Black Screen

Hi everyone,

Iam having an issue with the UHK Agent software. When I launch it, the window opens, but it only shows a black screen, and none of the menus or settings load.

I have tried reinstalling the software, updating my system, and even running it on another computer, but the problem persists. Iam using UHK Agent on . Could this be a compatibility issue or a problem with my keyboard’s firmware?

Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There’s your problem; you’re using Agent on “nothing”…

Jokes aside, what OS?

This doesn’t sound like a firmware issue, but could you take a screenshot so we can see what’s up?

See Agent logs - not sure how from top of my head - it it depends on your system anyways. Include --log=usb option

Thank you for catching that! Iam using UHK Agent on Windows 11. Here is a screenshot of the all black screen I’m seeing when I open the app
