At random times my trackball gets stuck only moving to the right no matter the direction I turn the ball. I’ve tried seeing if it’s some combination of key presses that locks it, but I’ve been unable to find a pattern.
Anyone have any suggestions for debugging this? My configuration can be found here.
That’s strange. Never seen this.
Are you sure it is a ssoftware issue? Definitely worth to clean the sensor from dirt and dust (take the ball out, remove dirt from the bearing balls and use a fine paintbrush to remove dust from the outern optics).
Thanks for your reply. I have tried cleaning it. The reason I believe it’s a software issue is that the only way to got it to go back to normal is to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in .
Are you talking about your trackball module or the mini trackball of your key cluster module?
