I just wanted to say thanks for such a great product. It’s so nice to have a mapping tool like the UHK Agent that simply “just works”, not to mention the high quality hardware. The firmware upgrading is so easy at first I couldn’t believe it actually worked…

I just want to add that the support is great too. I had some minor issues and in any case the help was friendly, prompt and simple.
