Swapped UHK v2 Box Browns for Reapers, some keycodes and LEDs don't work now

Anybody else have had this problem? I had Box Browns on the UHK v2, and decided to swap the switches out for Reapers. All the switches came out pretty easily, no problems, no excessive force, no broken switches, etc.

However, several keys no longer seem to emit keycodes (UHK doesn’t detect them when I do “Capture keystroke” and they don’t do anything anymore), and there are 3 keys that don’t emit an LED light anymore (they still work otherwise though).

I had the keyboard unplugged from the USB for about an hour and the two halves were connected while I was swapping the switches. I didn’t swap any switches while the keyboard was on. Also, putting the old switch back doesn’t fix the keys. I have a bunch of spare Reapers and have tried multiple but that doesn’t seem to do the trick either.

Interestingly, all the left keys (LCtrl, LShift, Caps Lock, Tab, ~) aren’t working. Makes me think it’s something other than the switches themselves.

Looking at that map, it’s the leftmost red line that’s affected on my keyboard. However, I have a UHK v2 so I feel like it shouldn’t be affected by this issue. It just seems like the description that makes the most sense.

How old is the board? One of the initial ones?
What colour is your LED display.

Did you try dissassembling and see if anything is obviously loose?

I got this one I think like November of last year, it’s a UHK v2. LED color is a custom arrangement, although after some of the LEDs went out, I notice some lights are yellow and I don’t remember having yellow anywhere on here.

I haven’t opened up the case, was avoiding that until support got back to me in case I void some warranty or otherwise.
