I am Both a Mac and Windows user. And I use my UHK60v2 on both of my devices.
I don’t have any major problems. I am just experiencing something off-putting about the UHK when its plugged into my MacBook. When my MacBook isn’t being used for a few minutes it goes into sleep-mode or simply put the screen blacks out.
When I try loging in again, I have to re-plug the keyboard in again. It seems to recieve enough input to open the lockscreen once a key is pressed but there is no backlighting and no LED and I always have to unplug and re plug my usb cable when I want to reuse my UHK.
Is there any way to fix this issue? If not that’s fine. Thanks!
@kareltucek Can you recall any related issue? I wouldn’t be surprised if this were an issue regarding the UHK 80 because it uses c2usb, but the UHK 60 uses the KSDK.
I can confirm a similar issue. Only started happening in the last couple of weeks (I believe around the time I updated to fw 12.1.0, but cannot 100% say that there’s any relation).
Similar issue to OP, my UHK is connected to the USB hub at the back of one of my Studio Monitors, and it appears that the UHK doesn’t “wake up” when the monitor powers back on.
I’ll wait a few days for @Parzival to log the issue, otherwise I’ll create one later this week. It’s not a critical issue since there’s a simple fix, just an annoyance.
I just tried updating the firmware reinstalling Agent. The problem persists. i doubt the firmware is an issue tho since I noticed this problem persisted since FW 12.0.0.
