I have a macro that types out a long URL using a “Type Text” command. But the URL is so long that it takes 3+ seconds to finish, very annoying. Is there any way to use a Smart Macro to paste the whole URL at once, instantaneously, as if the URL were in the system’s clipboard and you just did a ctrl+v?
Keyboards can’t do that directly.
But you can do it using your os / window manager functions. E.g., mapping just a say super+a, and then take care of the rest on the OS side.
What is your keystroke delay? If 0 (that is the default), then uhk should be able to write around 2000 characters within 3 seconds.
