Regarding NEO, I would suggest using a normal qwerty on uhk side, and choosing neo as your host OS layout. Unicode support on UHK side is troublesome because every OS uses different unicode bindings and because UHK does not know what OS the host PC is running. Not that it wouldn’t be possible, but Laszlo doesn’t think it is worth the trouble. (I can see his point.)
