How to clear errors?

While I was setting up macros on my keyboard, I had some typos which led to error messages showing up in UHK Agent, and the display on the keyboard flashing between “ERR” and “QWM”.

How do I clear the error besides unplugging the device?

Thank you for the assistance!

Save a new configuration to the keyboard, which clears the error. Or run the clearStatus macro command.

@maexxx I am not sure how to run clearStatus macro from the UHK. My UHK ia not talking to the Agent running on the MacBook Pro '13

You need to use Agent to set up a macro that runs the clearStatus command, then bind that macro to a key. When you press that key, then the command is executed.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to do that if you cannot use Agent in the first place.

Does pressing the reset button on the bottom of the keyboard while it is plugged in work to let it connect to agent? This would be a temporary reset that would revert when the keyboard is power cycled.

Also, do you know what changed to cause the errors?
