I’ve never seen them available anywhere. There are some other keyboards out there with similar caps, but I doubt you’ll ever find the exact same shape. Even if you did, they probably wouldn’t be available in small batches.
I use blank KAM profile convex caps on the inner top row of the thumb clusters, and FKCustom LPFs on the bottom four. You can see the LPFs in my post here:
